SER & Max Value

The Social Economic Council of the Netherlands (SER) facilitates sustainability agreements for a range of sectors within the Dutch economy. Max Value assisted with operationalization of the term human rights due diligence. A term used in the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the revised OECD guidelines for multinational enterprises. The developed tools made doing human rights due diligence understandable and accessible for business and allows the SER to measure and drive their progress. Max Value supported the Agreement on Sustainable Garments and Textile and the Agreement on Natural Stone (TruStone Initiative).
